A family of three travels through time to ancient China, only to encounter war upon arrival. With nothing but oil and wine, they wander the world together.
When cold, they have no extra coats to wear; when hungry, there’s nowhere to buy bread. Faced with life-threatening robberies, there are no hospitals to treat their wounds.
Even as they flee famine with tears, they must smile and believe that the future will blossom.
